Terms of Service

Our Services are strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We do not knowingly provide Services to minors. Any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18 will be terminated immediately and permanently, with no refund, and associated data deleted.

MasterAI Labs provides AI-powered software products including Atlas Web, PulseIQ, LinkedPulse, and any future products (collectively, the "Services"). Atlas Web is sold as prepaid credits, not a subscription — every account receives 500 free credits and continues by topping up (minimum $20); credits are non-refundable and do not expire. PulseIQ and LinkedPulse are each sold as their own independent subscription with three monthly tiers — Starter $49, Growth $149, and Agency $299 per month, per app — billed in Bitcoin via our BTCPay Server or by Bill.com invoice. There is no bundle; each app and tier is billed separately. The exact limits and features at each tier are shown on each app's pricing page.

We also provide a done-for-you AI receptionist / automation service. For that service, our sole responsibility is the AI — everything else (your phone number, accounts, CRM, calendars, integrations, and any outside system or automation) is yours to own, pay for, and maintain, and we are not responsible for any system we do not ourselves provide. That service is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You may not share accounts or allow others to access your account. At sign-up you must affirmatively agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy — accounts cannot be created without this agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time, without notice and without refund.

• • Payments are accepted in crypto via BTCPay or fiat via Bill.com invoicing. We do not use Stripe or PayPal.
• • Atlas Web runs on prepaid credits, not a subscription and not a free trial: every account receives 500 free credits to start and continues by topping up, minimum $20. Credits never expire and are non-refundable. PulseIQ and LinkedPulse are offered in three monthly tiers — Starter $49, Growth $149, and Agency $299 per month, per app — billed monthly, and each includes a 7-day free trial; no charge and no credit card is required to start it, and paid billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Our done-for-you and custom services (AI receptionist, Booked-Call Machine, private AI workspace, and custom builds) do not include a free trial.
• • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR CHARGEBACKS ARE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, regardless of usage, reason, dissatisfaction, or how much of the billing period remains. By subscribing you expressly waive any right to a refund.
• • Failed or insufficient payment results in immediate account suspension. Reactivation requires a new payment.
• • Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are honored at their rate until the next renewal.
• • You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No partial-period refund is given.

You may not use our Services to:

• • Generate spam, disinformation, or content that is unlawful where you operate
• • Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or resell our software or proprietary systems
• • Bypass rate limits, security controls, or authentication
• • Use the Services for any illegal purpose under the laws applicable to you
• • Resell API access or provide unauthorized white-label access to third parties

Violations result in immediate termination without refund and may result in legal action.

All code, designs, models, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of MasterAI Labs. Content you generate using our tools (posts, reports, blog articles) belongs to you. You grant MasterAI Labs a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Services.

Our Services use large language models to generate content. MasterAI Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before you use or publish it. We are not liable for any losses resulting from AI-generated content.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED, MASTERAI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MasterAI Labs, its operators and agents, from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

MasterAI Labs may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice, and without refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is given for the remaining time.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through confidential, individual, binding arbitration — not in any court. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. This Agreement evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce and the Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration provision, notwithstanding the governing-law section below. As a condition precedent to any claim, the initiating party must give 30 days' written notice and post a refundable US $1,000 good-faith dispute-resolution deposit — applied to the arbitration costs and returned if that party substantially prevails. This deposit is mutual and is not a penalty on or bar to a good-faith claim. If a claim is found frivolous or brought in bad faith, the asserting party pays the other's reasonable fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA (where MasterAI Labs is based), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except only to the minimum extent a specific non-waivable right of your home state must apply. Any matter not resolved in arbitration shall be brought only and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and the arbitration seat is New Hampshire. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is reformed to the maximum enforceable extent and the remaining provisions stay in full force.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
